Age: 30 (and a half) months
Developments: Mum has been battling with Dad over where I get my hair cut. Personally I couldn’t give a monkies but, but Dad thinks saving money is important and Mum argues that it’s about style. Mum won. We went to this great hairdresser in Crouch End called Mini kin. There were trains for me to play with whilst my hair was cut, and at the end they put purple glitter in my hair!
Over Christmas I developed a particular attachment to The Snowman. It’s just such a lovely story and so sad when the snowman goes. “Snowman gone.” I now make mum put the soundtrack on repeat on Spotify and attempt to watch it every day, which I call “Snowman watching.” My Ayiah (Grandma) bought me a Snowman teddy that comes with me everywhere I go. I overheard my parents saying how they were much happier with this latest obsession than Peppa Pig, as if I’d lose my love of her?
